All Sales are Final
Items may only be eligible for return after contact with Black Rabbit Vintage and are determined on a case by case basis. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.  
To inquire about a return, you can contact us at black.rabbit.vintage.stl@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded in any way.
You will need your online order number and/or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at black.rabbit.vintage.stl@gmail.com 
In order to be eligible for a refund, returned items must be received back to us within 5 days of the agreed upon resolution. Tracking/Insurance is recommended as we will not be responsible for lost/damaged items.

Damages / Flaws

All items listed are true vintage and have lived a full life, meaning 20+ years or more. Please be mindful of natural wear, signs of age, and any issues pictured/listed.
Any noted issues and details will be included in the description of listings and are not eligible subjects for return.
Items will not be eligible for return due to sizing. Please make sure to carefully check any measurements provided for sizing information. Please reach out to us if you'd like any further information on an item before you purchase.
Items will not be eligible for return for garment color discrepancies. Please keep in mind that colors may vary slightly due to computer monitor settings.
Mistakes on our part/defective items are the only grounds for a return. Buyers are responsible for reading item descriptions and reviewing measurements before purchase. We disclose any obvious flaws. Vintage clothing is pre-owned. Some signs of age and/or previous wear should always be expected.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged or if you receive an incorrect item. We will do our best to work with you to rectify the situation.

Shipping Policy

Due to high volumes of orders, shipments may take longer to ship or tracking to update. Please allow for 10 business days before reaching out
Once an item has shipped, tracking updates and inquiries will need to be made directly with the carrier.
Oops! Enter the wrong address? 
Please contact info@blackrabbitvintage.com as quickly as possible to allow us to update the address before shipment is sent
If tracking has already registered, you will have to get in contact directly with the carrier to reroute or re-deliver your shipment
Black Rabbit Vintage is not responsible Stolen or misdelivered items. We highly recommend shipping items to the most secure destination available. Please reach out if additional issues occur.

Shipment arrived later than expected?
Black Rabbit Vintage is not responsible for late shipments by carrier. Orders ship out weekly, please allow up to 7 business days of purchase for notice of shipment. If you have a special request for shipping carriers / expected arrival date, please contact info@blackrabbitvintage.com
